Portia Page is a Master Certified Pilates Instructor and author of Pilates Illustrated. She is a gold certified Pilates teacher through Pilates Method Alliance (PMA), a Pilates Education Project Manager at Balanced Body as well as a faculty member of Balanced Body University (BBU). Page is also a Stott Pilates certified instructor, a master instructor with 24-Hour Fitness and a certified CoreAlign instructor.


She has developed five Pilates studios for California WOW Xperience fitness clubs in Thailand and South Korea and has trained more than 150 instructors at those clubs alone. Page was also a regional group exercise manager, managing five clubs in Thailand and three in Korea and overseeing nearly 1,000 group exercises per week.


She has starred in four videos for with 24-Hour Fitness for group exercise instructors, numerous Pilates podcasts for Balanced Body, and was featured in Keli Robert’s Pilates Quick Fix video. She has also served as a fitness video technician for Shape magazine.
