2025 in review - convergence
2025 was a year of convergence.
Not in the tidy sense—but in the lived one: travel layered on teaching, leadership alongside marriage, discipline alongside fatigue, and moments of unexpected kindness appearing right on time. It was a year spent moving through studios, cities, and conversations across the globe, while staying anchored in daily practice and long-term work.
Substack is where I slow that pace just enough to notice what the movement is teaching me—about the body, about leadership, about sustainability, and about choosing what truly matters. These essays are reflections from the intersection: between work and life, structure and humanity, momentum and pause.
If 2025 was about holding it all, 2026 begins with discernment—listening more carefully, choosing more intentionally, and carrying forward only what belongs.
Welcome to the space where that thinking lives.
